There’s Good news for all the hathway users. Since 1.10.2009 Hathway have Increased the download speed for all its users. Previously it used to be 8^th part of your Current Bandwidth.

i.e 128 Kbps User will have 16 Kbps Download Speed.

And Since 1.10.2009 its now 4^th part of your current Bandwidth, so Now the 128 kbps user will have around 32 kbps download speed. I hope it stays same or increase even more. And the upload speed is steady being 8^th part of the Bandwidth.
