1.  Switch Off images and Animation  in Browser this will cut off a great amount of download however you’ll take some time to get use to it.

2.  Do not clear your temporary internet files, so that if your computer already has cached image then it wont download it from the internet unless its changed

3. If you play games online,  It takes more download then what u think it does.

4. Keep Automatic updates off especially in vista. In vista updates files are too heavy in size, You may never know when the limit is over in a day.

5. Upgrade to Umlimited
