Since 1.10.2009 Hathway have Increased the download speed for all its users. Previously it used to be 8th part of your Current Bandwidth.

i.e 128 Kbps User will have 16 Kbps Download Speed.

And Since 1.10.2009 its now 4th part of your current Bandwidth, so Now the 128 kbps user will have around 32 kbps download speed. I hope it stays same or increase even more. And the upload speed is steady being 8th part of the Bandwidth.
